yes !! i will explain better:
when i go to add a friend, the confitmation screen does not go away. Also, i am attempting to add profile questions but the don't appear on the new user screen.

Also, i am attempting to add profile questions but the don't appear on the new user screen.
Yes this is normal, I found 1 custom field with "Available for" parameter set to "Registered", so when user try to register a new account not show this field because he have only "Guest" permission. Try to set this parameter on "Public".

Close Popup problem: your template not have CSS for Joomla icons, to see close button add this code at your CSS style

Thank you it worked. Now for the second part of my question, did you intergrate the import function yet? If not can you send me an example csv file and the script i need to import.

to import users you can use our import plugin.

- Download "Import Plugin" from Download Section
- Follow docs at https://www.easy-profile.com/docs/45-import-user-plugin.html
- When using this plugin you will see an example of CSV

Sorry for acting stupid!! I tried the import option and it failed. I can only save the file as a csv, i don't have the option for ;. please find attached my csv file, please help

Hi,
CSV is a simple text field, so try to put this with a text editor:
username;email;password;firstname;lastname

tester;tester@me.com;Steve;Shakey01


With a text editor you can replace all TAB char with ; in one step.
