Hi,

Several weeks back I configured the skeleton plugin to trigger emails when users request additional access privileges. All was working perfectly fine. For some reason now the emails have stopped. The only thing I did was to upgrade to the latest 1.2.5 version of EasyProfile. Do you have any idea if anything in the last updates might cause the plugin to stop being triggered?

As a follow-up, I have confirmed that the skeleton plugin on my web server is correct, and contains the functions as created based on the support received from EasyProfile. It is like the trigger to call these functions is completely disabled. PLEASE ACTION ASAP, thanks.

Hi,
sorry for late reply,it's a weekend for us.

From 1.2.0 we have changed one small thing to trigger system (but this can not be the error).

I have tried and it works.

Please post your site details, you can use the form below the reply in Site Details tab.

Is there anything obvious I can check that could disable the triggering of the code in the skeleton.php file? I have confirmed that plg_skeleton, plg_jsn_auth, plg_jsn_content, plg_jsn_author, plg_jsn_system and plg_jsn_users are all enabled.

HI,

I need access to ftp for these folder:
- plugins/jsn/skeleton
- plugins/users/jsn_users

I need backend access for (maybe not necessary,you could send only if I can not fix with FTP):
- Extensions->Plugins
- Components->Easy Profile

Hi,
I tried to register account and do a seller request.

The plugin works (see message in screenshot): i see the message and receive the email with TOS.

I do nothing, and I did not use the FTP credentials.

there is no way to know if a request has been placed by a user

Yes, if plugin not trigger the field Review/Request is not resetted.

Last night I also added the echo command in the routine and got no result

Yes, because after user is saved and plugin trigger the system do a redirect and you not see nothing.
if you want to check if plugin is trigger you can add a error_log('something') command and see in the apache error log the result; this is the best way to debug the system because the visitors not see nothing.

Yes it's a good idea, but one thing:
You can set the order of our plugins, go to administrator->plugins and filter for type=jsn (left column).
You must order usergroup plugin before skeleton plugin. this because skeleton reset the field.

for me the best way is to store the request into DB:
for example you can create 3 categories for articles: buyer request,seller request and subscriber request
when user send a request the plugin store in joomla article table a new article with user data in correct category.
you can manage request from joomla article manager.

Good suggestion, I will do that too. Plus, I like the minimum PHP knowledge aspect, fits me perfectly! I am getting better but still do end up researching quite a bit first. Just not confident enough yet. Thanks.

Does it matter the order of socialconnect plugin? usergroups was last, can I just put it first?
