Dear support,

I'm interested in solution to exclude the ADMIN (mine) profile from the user list generated as the menu manager item.

You can use SQL CUSTOM WHERE parameter (module or menu item), see documentation at https://www.easy-profile.com/docs/69-sql-custom-where-list-and-module.html

You can include/exclude users or groups

You must write
user_id IN (237,231,241,....)

and by the way is there any way to make the list in 2 columns?

In menu item params there is an option to choose number of column

But do you know hy does it look that way? (pic included) when I want to sort it in 2 columns...

Because in your template missing some Bootstrap CSS class.
Try this:
Go to Administration->components->Easy Profile->options and enable 'include Bootstrap CSS files' parameter
