I am running BT Social Login on my website and it pulls in all of the fields from easy profile to register new users. This module has been working with BT Social Login until the joomla upgrade to 3.4.5. Now when a user tries to register with this module they get an error that states "error ajax request failed". If I turn off the Easy Profile - Users plugin the module registers with no issues but if its turned on they get this error. I upgraded the easy profile component to the latest version 1.3.12, is there an update for the Easy Profile - Users plugin to correct this issue?

I was asked from bowthemes to ask about this issue.

I'm sorry. I haven't found out reason of this problem yet.

I still work on your site.

But my be problem is this line

$jsnUser=JsnHelper::getUser($userId);

line 435 in file /plugins/users/jsn_user/jsn_user.php

This line make an PHP error, but i can't know it.

Can you help me ask JSN supporter for this problem?

Hi,
in your site I see still ajax alert and request get 500 error, this happen when there are a server side error, so we need to have access to your PHP error_log to check.

after you register it doesn't send the activation link to the email address
Easy Profile extends Joomla user management, so registration/edit profile pages and process are managed by Joomla (also send mail after registration), I see the BT Social Login source code and this module replace Joomla registration (not only page but also process and send mail process). You will find the code to send this email in file /modules/mod_bt_sociallogin/helpers/helper.php after line 800.

Hi,
I found and solved the problem, this module replace Joomla registration process (this is not a problem normally), but this new process skip some Easy Profile step, so API are not loaded correctly.

We will add this small patch in next release.
