Have you enabled this plugin?

I want create and edit article joomla in frontend. How can i do ?

This is not something that regards Easy Profile. Joomla already allow to add article in frontend, you need to create a menu item of type Articles->Create Article. To edit article you should see a dedicated icon (see screenshot).
