Hi how can i use the user's avatar in the menu when user is logged in.

To render avatar you can use the Custom HTML Module (with Prepare Content parameter set to Yes).

You can use our Content Plugin, see docs at https://www.easy-profile.com/docs/26-plugin-content.html

The code to render current logged use avatar is
