registration is ok on the desktop side but registration on mobile give 2( two) problem issues..
I require an avatar - plus a secondary image to be loaded on registration.. the two image post have an 'invalid field' for the second image upload.. removing this processes the registration - but doesn't show up in the system..

Hi,
I see that your second image have alias "avatar-2", this is strange, Easy Profile should not allow "-" character in alias. how you created this field?

From the profile field Profile Picture- 'save as a copy' function.. I simply wished to re-create a second avatar type with the same settings a the previous..

Hi,
sorry for late reply, it's a weekend for us.

I have just tried to use "save as copy" in avatar field, and it create me a new field with alias "avatar_2" (not avatar-2).

Maybe you have created this with a old version.

Anyway,we would like to apply a small fix but FTP details not works. If this fix works then we will add in next release.

Can you resend me FTP details?

Hi,
I'm sorry, we did not have time to apply the fix via FTP and now my IP is changed.

We have tried to prepare a package (to apply fix via Joomla installed), but in Joomla installed I get "403: Access Forbidden" :(

Can you allow me to access to Joomla Installer?

Hello still the uploads from the mobile side do not complete? would I be better off rolling back to a lower version at this point?
I also were getting complaints about no submissions going through on on the desktop..

Hi,
I have just tried to register an account from iPhone and works.

Have you tried with multiple devices?
Which mobile device you use?

would I be better off rolling back to a lower version at this point?
I think that this not solve your problem, keep in mind that from version 1.3.14 (5 months ago) the upload manager is the same.
