We are currently unable to publish certain user fields when on the Manage User Fields page. We have had access before but are now unable to publish two particular fields: Direct Phone and Extension. When we click on publish, it says that 'one items has been published successfully' yet it remains unpublished. We have updated our permissions in the options tab but still not change. We did update our AcyMailing component recently from the Starter version to the Essential version. Other than that, we have not made any significant updates.

Hi,
can you please post me your site details to check this? if yes then you can use the form below the reply in "Site Details" tab.
Otherwise you can try to change status from edit field page ,see screenshot. With this way probably it works but we are not able to understand the problem :(

Hi,
you have a very old version (released 3 years ago), it is not compatible with Joomla 3.8. We recommend you to upgrade to latest version.

you can simply download it from our Download area (https://www.easy-profile.com/download.html) and install with Joomla installer.

NOTE: you have not a pro subscription, so you are able to download only free version.
