Resolved cannot publish new field

Hi,
I use jsn version 2.1.1 in my old site, I bought pro version and all things was ok. my client asked me to add new field to jsn users and when I try to add it I see it is not published. I tried more times but cannot add any new field published. Also I check an existing field and try to change name or alias of it. after save it goes unpublished too.
my joomla is 3.9.3
let me know how to fix it.

Hi,
unfortunately version 2.1.1 was released more than 2 years ago, so it is not supported. Also it is not fully compatible with Joomla 3.9 :(
