Resolved Captcha during registration activated via general settings but not properly displayed

I´ve activated re-captcha in general settings but captcha mechanism isn´t properly used in Reg.form.

This is a Joomla bug! Google has recently changed the API.

In plugins/captcha/recaptcha/recaptcha.php at line 22

replace this

const RECAPTCHA_API_SERVER = "http://api.recaptcha.net";

with this

const RECAPTCHA_API_SERVER = "http://api.recaptcha.net/recaptcha/api";

but in Joomla Docs suggest this: http://docs.joomla.org/J3.2:The_reCaptcha_function_has_been_temporarily_disabled_for_Joomla_3.2
