Hello,

is it possible to change the button "Alle" to "Events" and show only the created events instead the newsfeed?

Yes, read here the docs to translate plugin http://docs.easy-profile.com/index.php/article/social-network-make-your-language

seems that you have translation for german, so you should open file at /plugins/jsn/socialnetwork/app/Locale/de_DE/LC_MESSAGES/default.po, "Everyone" translation should be at line 650

and show only the created events instead the newsfeed

Sorry this is not possible.
