Hi,

I have a menu item "Login", and when user logins, I want this menu item to change its name to user's username.

For example, Kuki is a user, he comes to my page, he sees a "Login" menu item - he logins, and now he sees "Kuki" or "Hello Kuki" instead of "Login" text. But I want that this menu item behaves the way it is behaving now, because I have submenu items.

How do I do that?

Thank you

Hi,
sorry Easy Profile don't do this.

You can use our Content Plugin to see Name of logged user (even with hello message), but this work in all parts where Joomla Content Plugins are supported.

For example you can add a Joomla Custom Module* in menu position with this text:
Hello {user name}
or
Hello {user firstname}

see how to work here: https://www.easy-profile.com/docs/26-plugin-content.html

*to trigger content plugins you need to enable "Prepare Content" in module parameter
