Hi!

In the language file I can't find the text on the submit button from the edit profile form. Where can I change this text?

The edit layout is a Original Joomla com_users component.
the language file is /language/en-GB/en-GB.com_users.ini or /language/en-GB/en-GB.ini
The submit button of com_users of joomla use the global constant JSUBMIT in /language/en-GB/en-GB.ini
I advise you not to change the constant from the language file

You can edit /components/com_users/views/profile/edit.php at line 126 to change the constant with your value.
