How can I add custom text to a field tooltip?
Now it always display the field title, even if I enter a different text in the editor

ok, I found the problem,
in your description you have this HTML:
<strong>N. di iscrizione</strong><br /><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif'; color: black;">N. di iscrizione all'Ordine dei Medici Chirurghi e degli Odontoiatri</span>


the description's text is BLACK, so you not see on dark baloon.
