Hello,

We have a process for registering using the joomla standard process.

1- user registers on the web site.
2- the validation of the account is done by admin. Please have a look on the screenshots joined. So the user receives a mail to validate his email.
3- the admin receives a mail to activate user account. Here is the link delivered in this email for admin:

When the admin clicks on this link, this launch the website to login in. We got an error that the class JsnHelper is not found.

Hi,
finally I found the problem, it is not due to Easy Profile, this error comes from a plugin called "User - Profile History" (see screenshot 1).

Unfortunately your template does not show error stack, but with Protostar template and Debug mode we finally found where is the problem (see screenshot 2)

To solve this issue you should contact the developer of "User - Profile History" plugin, you can help the developer by send it the second screenshot with complete error stack.
Also, we recommend to contact your template developer to notify the Debug issue.

NOTE: unfortunately I'm not able to test it because the previous link is not more valid, I get message "403 - Code de vérification non trouvé"

We still have a problem.
We got this error class JsnHelper at the step 2, when user active his account to validate his email.
And we got the error on the step 3.

In my last email, we only got this error on the step 3.

Hi,
i have just tried to register an account and the confirm email works, so I'm unable to find the problem.

Please try to follow these steps:
- Enabled "Debug System" option in System->Global Configuration->System
- Replicate the error
- you should see many other informations about the error, please post me screenshot about these informations
