Some option to change?
I just can't explain why all fields are appearing in the edit profile form, and only the correct ones in the first registration form.

Hi,
I can confirm that this is a bug.

We will solve this in next release, now I have changed parameter called "Admins can show not editable fields in frontend" from "Yes" to "No" in Easy Profile options, to avoid this behavior.

yes, it is another problem I never found the reason: Users have to logIn two or three times before you can enter. I tried it with the same credentials I gave to you, and first came the text about an "invalid token ... " the second time happened the same thing, and after that in the third intent I entered like a charm.
This is not due to Easy Profile, this could be due to some cache problem.
Login form have a hidden value called token, if you have a cache problem then the server give a already used token.
You can try to disable cache for your login module but keep in mind that third-party components can ignore this configuration.
