PFA word file for the conditions I want to set.

Hi,
sorry for late reply, it was a weekend for us,
try to set these conditions:

On Field "User Marital Status"
I assumed these options:
0|No
1|Yes
Condition 1 - If equal to custom value "1" show fields "Spouse Name","Number of Children"
Condition 2 - If equal to custom value "0" show fields "Field10"

On Field "Number of Children"
Condition 1 - if greater than custom value "0" show field "Name of Child1"
Condition 2 - if greater than custom value "1" show field "Name of Child2"
Condition 3 - if greater than custom value "2" show field "Name of Child3"
...

The conditions are
1. User Marital Status
Yes
then required field are
a. Spouse Name
b. Number of Children
c. Based on the number of children selected, the user should get the fields
For example
If user selected number of children 2 then
Name of Child1
Name of Child2
should appear.
If user selected number of children NO then
nothing should appear.

No
then Field10 ( For example)
