Resolved Conflict in Easyprofile

Hi
I've installed this plugin (EasyProfile_Pro), but when I open the drop-down fields, Conflict is created.
Please advise how do I fix the problem.

Sorry, but you have not valid subscription to ask support about drop-down fields (included in Basic/Pro). So we can't support you.
