Resolved Custom Fields: Is there a field limitation?

Hi

I have a lot of Customfields. Now i had to add some new fields and everything works fine. Except the Export. I set the "Fields to export Options" to "all". But the new fields are missing in the csv file. Is there a limitaton?

Hi,
there is not a limitation in export fields, the only limitation is that it works only with easy profile fields (it does not export Joomla fields).

Yes. These are EasyPofile Fields and not Joomla custom Fields. But they are missing in the Export.

Hi and sorry for late reply, it was a bit complex to find the problem.

The problem is very simple, you have a template override that export specific fields (see screenshot), the override is placed in /administrator/templates/isis/html/com_jsn/users/default_export.php. With this override all Easy Profile export configuration will be ignored.

To remove this override follow these steps:
- Go to Extensions->Templates->Templates
- Filter for "Admin" templates
- Choose template "Isis"
- Search file /html/com_jsn/users/default_export.php
- Rename It.

The difficulty was that this override is not seen by the Profiles component, which probably points to a different Joomla installation
