Resolved default values and required options are not working

Hi
I installed the easy profile basic on Joomla 3.7 and the default values and required options are not working at all (I test it in the edit profile in the admin edit user)
all fields have no default values (as added for each field) and non are required

Both these parameters works only on frontend.

Anyway:
- Default value is better to works also in frontend, we will fix this in next release.
- Required: this is so because we do not want that admins have limits (admins should do anything). But you have right, in some case make required some field in backend can be helpful. so in next release we extends required parameter: No, Yes (Frontend), Yes (Frontend & Backend)
