I had talked to you about our efforts in helping with the scarcity of PPE and you were so kind to grant a pro subscription for a year. We ran into a situation where the first import we did.. I was under the misunderstanding that the import would create the fields to be used in the profile. Well that did not happen of course. I have to populate the fields that were missed with name and address information. I saw in your documentation that the import override will import and overwrite the information that is submitted but not overwrite the username and password. Do I have that correct?

If I import the same file I did initially then the name and address information would get filled in without affecting the login credentials. Correct?

Now if there were some that were not in the Joomla user tables, that would send out credentials for only the ones not in the table or for all?

Now if I get all the fields populated how can I extract a mailing list from the information in the easy profile table?
This project has activated 800 sewers to help make masks for the Healthcare providers and first responders in the region. We have had great success in our organization efforts... Now I need to start mailing our Mask kits to the sewers. But I need to print out mailing lists to send to the package mailer in csv lists. Can you point me in a direction where I could accomplish the task?

Thank you once again for your consideration

Hi,

Easy Profile's import feature will able to import also the username and password of the users.

If I import the same file I did initially then the name and address information would get filled in without affecting the login credentials. Correct?
The import feature check if user exists by checking email address. If the email address exists then the user will be update. Otherwise the user will be added.

Now if there were some that were not in the Joomla user tables, that would send out credentials for only the ones not in the table or for all?
It will send credentials only to new users.

Now if I get all the fields populated how can I extract a mailing list from the information in the easy profile table?
This is something regard Mailing component, for example Acymailing (the most popular Newsletter component for Joomla) should do something like this.
