the top part of my easy profile is truncated (see attached) .What and where can I change to ensure that it is properly laid out?

now it works.

This is a template problem, it seems optimized only if you use page builder (Quix) but not all other components.
To fix it try to add following CSS code to your template:
body:not(.com-quix) #sp-main-body {padding:100px 0 !important}

Hi,
I see it correctly (see screenshot), anyway we recommend you to create a menu item of type Easy Profile->User Profile to have a correct routing. Without it the profile page can be redirect your to some strange menu item and you can have some unexpected behavior.

for example if you create a menu item of type Easy Profile->User Profile with alias "profile" then the profile page link will be something like http://domain.com/profile, now the url is something like https://www.tutorfinder.com.sg/index.php/component/jsn/?Itemid=
