I am getting the Joomla notifications when an EasyProfile update is available but the updates fail to run. It fails saying the updater is invalid. The last update I had to update manually, and I suspect the latest update will require the same.

have you set Download ID in Easy Profile options? see docs at http://docs.easy-profile.com/index.php/article/get-download-id

In oldest releases the Joomla updater notification was only an Alert (upgrade not works), this because it's a very difficult to config a system like this for Paid extensions.

From version 2.0.1 we have develop update server and added a parameter called "Download ID" in Easy Profile options.

I am aware of the download ID and my ID has been set properly since you implemented. However, the update still does not run properly from the Joomla updater. That is why I am asking.

can you please check which update server use your environment?

you can go to Extensions->Manage->Update Sites and search for Easy Profile

I disabled the second one, which did not look correct compared to your sent screen grab, and now the UPDATE works fine. Thanks.
