Thoughts on how I can troubleshoot Easy Profile emailing? When I add someone as a friend, it doesnt seem like an email is being sent..thoughts?

Thanks. I have that set correctly (I think). One of the users I tried to befriend shows that a request was sent, but it was not. I also sent a message and that wasn't received either..is there a mail queue somewhere?

Yea, I checked spam. The manual invite works from the drop down menu just the button seems not to work :(

Im not sure how to explain more. The email parameters are set in my admin panel and when I try to befriend someone they dont get an email.

Try now, I have made following changes:

- Mail transport was set to PHP Mail, now it is set to SMPT
- Change Smtp host from "mail.cloudaccess.net" to "ssl://mail.cloudaccess.net" (see screenshot for more details)

ok, try now, I have adjusted email configuration for you :D

Correct Cloudaccess mail details are:
Server: smtp.cloudaccess.net (not mail.cloudaccess.net)
Port: 465 (not 587)

You have used POP server details (not SMTP).

Yes, you need to remove content from table prefix_jsnsocial_friend_requests with a query like

DELETE FROM prefix_jsnsocial_friend_requests WHERE id > 0


NOTE: I have added WHERE id > 0 because some SQL server have a protection and do not allow to remove records without WHERE statement

OK, we are getting there :)- request sends now and is emailed. When you log in to accept, the notification graphic on the profile shows but when you click on it nothing happens so you cannot accept :((see attached)

ops, yes you have right, friend request create also a notification, so you need to remove also all notifications with a query like this:

DELETE FROM prefix_jsnsocial_notifications WHERE id > 0
