Resolved Empty page on Easy Profile > User Profile ?

Hello;

Have checked with theme-developer “Rockettheme” and got their only possible solution to set “hidden menu”, then from visible menu to set “Menu item Alias” to retrieve the page from hidden menu, but empty page still shown.

1. Have set “Easy Profile > User Profile” in one visible menu item
SITE/en/home/user-profile pointed to SITE/ index.php?option=com_jsn&view=profile
But it is redirected to an empty page: “http://localhost/broad/en/component/users/?view=login&;task=&return=aHR0cDovL2xvY2FsaG9zdC9icm9hZC9lbi9ob21lL3VzZXItcHJvZmlsZQ==”

2. The 2nd menu item have set “Easy Profile > Social Network”
It is shown well

Although empty page can be set to be invisible, but does there is any solution to make it shown ?

Problem 1

Yes, this is correct but missing some other information to understand because it happen, I will try to explain you why this happen and why this is a template issue,
This is current behavior
1. When you go to Profile page then system redirect you to login page (of course you need to make a login to see your profile page)
2. You does not have any menu item for Login page (Menu item of type Users->Login) so there is no any specific configuration for login page. Therefore it inherit template style from Default template (in your case this is "Home - Menu - UK" for english language)
3. Template Style "Home - Menu - UK" do not show Page content due to configuration (see screenshot from Templates->Styles->Home - Menu - UK->Layout)

Result: in login page you does not see any content.

Solution: You should create a menu item of type Users->Login in a hidden menu and set assign a template style with "Page Content" section

Problem 2
Sorry I does not understand well, but seems something related to "empty page" so maybe it is due to something like Problem 1 (template configuration).
