Resolved EP 1.3.8 and user notes

I have found a gotcha in the latest version.
I can no longer add user notes with the latest version installed - just get a blank screen.
I have removed 1.3.8 and re-installed 1.3.7 on my test site and all works fine. But if I upgrade it to 1.3.8 the problem appears
Could you please look into this.

Hi, try to re-download latest version.

During the early hours of the release we had a problem with the construction of the installation package. We recently replaced our servers and this has created problems. we apologize for the inconvenience.
