Without any reason, I'm receiving the following error message, don't see any reason for this.

Error
Default core fieldgroup must be visible in Registration and edit profile pages, so you need to add some field visible in both pages

How to fix this ?

Hi,
all fields in you fieldgroup called "user_information" are not available in Edit Profile Page, "user_information" fieldgroups is the core fieldgroup (alias:default), and it need to always available in Registration and Edit Profile page. See screenshot

hi,
Can we change, the group: account_credentials (alias: account_credentials to default) and convert to CORE; then change group: user_information (alias: default to user_information) ?
Sorry this is not possible, but you can use Batch (see buttons in the toolbar) actions to move fields from a fieldgroup to another.

No to do all the work again, we need that after user entered all non core information, they can't make changes, changes will be made to profile through request to our attention center.
This is not possible, keep in mind that Easy Profile extends Joomla user management, not replace, so fields like username, name, email.. are required by Joomla. If you do not want to allow to change some field then you need to use Readonly parameter, but these fields need to be available in Registration and edit profile fields.

Hi, need your help, just make some changes I reordered Groups and Field, however core field after moving them are unpublished and can not be publish.

How to fix this ? Should I publish them through DB ?

Can you explain me better? I see all core fields* published.

* except Midle_Names and Last_Names due to "Name Style" parameter in Easy Profile configuration

Just fix them, change field PUBLISH in DB to "1"
