Resolved Error: Missing some required fields

Hi,
Although my csv-file contains all required data/fields I am getting the error message "Missing some required fields: Email, Name or Firstname". You can check the attached file.
What do I need to do differently?

Hi,sorry but I can't see any files, this forum accept only ZIP,TXT and images. try to add file in zip format.

Thanks for the quick reply. The error is solved meanwhile. The problem was that the csv-file was formatted in a rich-text-format. I had to convert the content in pure text. Having done this the import works without any problem.
