Resolved Error when changing something in profile

Hi,

Everything works but all at once users got an error message when changing something in the profile:

Waarschuwing

Het door u ingevulde e-mailadres is al in gebruik of is ongeldig. Vul een ander e-mailadres in.

De door u ingevulde gebruikersnaam is niet beschikbaar. Kies een andere gebruikersnaam.

Verplicht veld: Wachtwoord

It says in Dutch that the emailaddress is in uce, the username is not free and the pasword is needed ......

What could be the problem and what to do?
