Hello,

I've successfully setup twitter for login/signing up to my website at http://www.kk9club.com, yet the facebook connect does not seem to be working properly.

I have created the Facebook app as directed in your documentation here (which looks already outdated by the way):
https://www.easy-profile.com/docs/39-social-connect-facebook-login.html

I was able to add the social connect button to my site (click "sign in" on top right of my website), and when you click it a pop-up does appear allwoing you to login/connect with your Facebook accouunt. After you allow the app to continue, the popup url changse and redirects to something, then it disappears, and simply redirects and refreshes my websites and takes me back to the homepage - YET it does NOT properly log me in (I can tell because I can still see the "sign in" button, which usually disappears once I'm logged in). See FB images for attachments of screenshots.

When the twitter button works and allows you to connect via twitter, the popup redirects my normal URL to one in which I'm asked to input my email in order to continue the registration / log in process (see attachment, look at the URL on top).

Please let me know what I'm supposed to do

thanks

Thanks to you for report it and your avaibility.
Unfortunately, this problem occurs only on the new Facebook App
So we were not aware of the problem, our website works without this change.

Hi,

I've edited the PHP code and that fixed the problem! Glad it wasn't me the one who couldn't figure out your instructions.

Thanks for your great and quick help!

Ok,
I found, Facebook have changed your API.

at file /plugins/jsn/socialconnect/socialconnect.php at line 1132 replace this
$fields = array( 'id', 'username', 'name', 'email', 'picture.type(large)' );

with this
$fields = array( 'id', 'name', 'email', 'picture.type(large)' );

Today or Tomorrow we will release a new version.

If you have difficult please post me a FTP access. we will do for you.;)
