Hello,
I am looking for a Joomla form extension for user management and I would like to link it to a Joomla database
a group of players and a group of educators.
I would like it to be easy to add users, that it is possible to have details on each user (name, first name, address, etc.) with the possibility of downloading files and linking them to a user.
All entries are saved in the database.
Thank you

Hi,
Easy Profile allow you to add/remove users from Joomla usergroup based on field's conditions.

It allow also to create a field of type file where users are able to upload a file.
Also it allow to extends profile page with plugins and integrate it with third parts components, for example a document manager.

Unfortunately to reply correctly to your question we need more details about your needs :(
