Is there an option to change this es/component/jsn/merce-vizern?Itemid= in this es/merce-vizern ??

You need to create a menu item of type Easy Profile->Profile.

The link to users page become something like /alias_of_menu_item/username for example if this menu item have alias "profile" then the link will be /profile/merce-vizern

You need only to create one menu item of type Easy Profile->User Profile to route all profile pages, of course this menu item should have access set to "Public"
