Hi,

I just upgraded to Pro member and deployed the EasyProfile on my Joomla site. I am wonder does this extension provides frontend add user capabilities.

Currently I am registering the user via the "Create an account" option. But this method will required to turn on the "Allow User Registration" which I would like to avoid. Means, I only allow certain users have the right to register the users.

If this is not possible, is there third party extension can integrate with EasyProfile for frontend user management?

Thanks,
Dennis

Hi,
sorry with Easy Profile is not possible. But I think that with third party extension is possible.

Easy Profile extends Joomla User Profile (not replace), the edit/registration profile pages are the same of Joomla (tabs are generated by simple javascript on standard Joomla built-in pages). So if this extension use Joomla registration page you will not have any problem ;)

Hi,

Thanks for your comment. So unfortunate that this is not possible with the current release. Hope this feature can be added.

However, as this is really important to me, I would like to develop a form which mimic the Joomla Registration Form and insert the record into Joomla core user table + EP user table (for those custom fields). Can you give some tips which tables are used in this scenario and what are the foreign keys to take note.

Appreciate your help.

Thanks,
Dennis
