Dear Sir or Madam

Greetings from Japan! I am a user of Joomla, and I love your system! But now I come across some problems.
The text which I input and save in Japanese on the EasyProfile page after registering as a user turned out to be garbled. Could you tell me why this happened and how to fix it ?

Try to install the latest version of Easy Profile.

Did not resolve. ( No change )

you have another problem,

if I disable all Easy Profile plugins, your problem persist.

You can make this test:
- Go into plugin manager
- Disable "Easy Profile - Authentication plugin" plugin
- Disable "Easy Profile - System plugin" plugin
- Disable "Easy Profile - Users plugin" plugin
- Now Easy Profile do nothing
- Try it, same problem
