I created a new field type select " Private or Company" and a new group Company with field "company name and Private with field gender. I want visitor when recording company selection appears company group and field Company name and disappears the private group and opposite when they select private.
I'm working On the parametre Company or Private field but i do not understando to be onest. I did a lot attempts I enclosed an imagine. Can you Help me? Thank you

I assumed you have 2 options in your select field type:
private|Private
company|Company
So you need to add conditions to select field type:
- if equal to custom value "private" show field Gender,....
- if equal to custom value "company" show field Company Name,...
