Is it possible to hide fields like username, real name, address and so on in frontend?
will it be possible to add a "contact"-button, which guides to an contact form under providing the memberprofile-id?

i want to do a temorary work and personal distributon website with the extension, where users can register themself and visitors can search there profiles and ask me for providing the workers.

Is it possible to hide fields like username, real name, address and so on in frontend?
Unfortunately you cannot hide Joomla core fields, fields like username,real name and email are required by Joomla

will it be possible to add a "contact"-button, which guides to an contact form under providing the memberprofile-id?
This is possible by developing a simple plugin. You can use as example uddeim integration, it add a contact button in profile page. Still, natively Easy Profile can allow you to add contact button if there is a contact linked to the user.
