I would like to post a field called medical conditions, however want the user to be able to add more fields if they need, is there a way i can do this?

Sorry not possible.
But you can use conditions to do this. Read this discuss https://www.easy-profile.com/support/repeatable-fields.html

Thank you, this is what i did if anyone else needs to try this:

I went to the conditions tab and made it open a text box once the user typed in the first

Parameter was:
Equal to no value then hide next field
