I bought joomla users export, but I can not import to a new website. When I try to import .csv, nothing happens, it does not work.

Perhaps this is because there is another USER FIELDS on the old site. How to move USER FIELDS from the old website of the new website?

Hi,
to import them you can simply copy folder /images/profiler from old to new site.

You can delete all users from the website sekret.studio113.pl (new site) to make the profiles the same as on the old page.

Great, now all credentials works.

Keep in mind that I need to remove all Easy Profile data to create field structure. Can you confirm that I can proceed?

Hi,
the only way to do this automatically is to copy DB tables, by following these steps:
- Backup your Database (optionally but highly recommended)
- Backup from your old site following DB tables**:
- - #__jsn_fields (structure and data)
- - #__jsn_users (only structure, data will be filled with import system)
- From your SQL exported file you need to change prefix of table with a simple text editor
- Import in the new site all exported SQL data

if you need help to make something like this then please post me your site details**** and we will do this for you ;)

** You can use some tool like phpMyAdmin or something else provided by your hosting provider.
**** We need Joomla backend and hosting panel access of both site, you can use the form below the reply (in Optional Information)

Yes, but you need to:
- create corresponding Easy Profile fields
- change column's names to Easy Profile fields's alias

The CSV file need to respect the guidelines.

To help you with more details I need some other informations like:
- In the old site you use Easy Profile? if not which USER FIELDS do you use?
- "joomla users export" allow you also to import users?
- can you please post me your CSV (maybe with 1/2 example records) ?

Hi,
you need to adapt your joomla users export CSV file to Easy Profile CSV file. Try to open your CSV file with a text editor and change fields name in the first line like guidelines (see screenshot).
