Resolved How set condition field?

hi,
how can create conditions field, that To review the information that was imported from another field.?
for example in regestration form in frontend:
*field ID number {5 numeric }

and in backend :
all ID number list entery :
11111
22222
33333
56567
87875

I have one field = > ID number {5 numeric}
but only when accept register , Id number exist in other field in backend database
