Hi,
no.

With this you compare value of interest field with interest field value. You need to compare with custom value:

Condition 1: if contain custom value "01" assign to usergroup art
Condition 2: if contain custom value "02" assign to usergroup music
.......

For info about these parameters you can read a tip (see screenshot)

Hi,
checkbox allow you to assign a multiple values, so you can configure 7 conditions like this:
if contain "01" assign to usergroup "art"
if contain "02" assign to usergroup "music"
if contain "03" assign to usergroup "film"
if contain "04" assign to usergroup "science"
.....
NOTE : I have used "Contain" not "Equal", with "equal" if you choose for example option 01 and option 02 (at the same time) then the conditions 1 and 2 will be not met, because value 01,02 is different from equal 01 or equal 02

remove in all condition Target Field, you do not need to show/hide "interest" field.

Try to set "Compare With" parameter to "Custom Value" in both conditions.

Now for both conditions you compare "Interests" field with "Interests" fields, so conditions always met. You need to compare field value with your custom values ( 01 for condition 1 and 02 for condition 2)
