Hi,

I would like to allow simple html in the TEXTAREA box without relying on the full editor. Is there an easy way to allow this?

thank you again for an amazing extension.

Hi,
TextArea field type load a editor of user, so to remove this you can set "Editor - none" from System->Global Configuration->Default editor

For Manager and Administrator you can set TinyMCE from their profile Users->User Manager->Choose admin account->Basic Setting->Editor

Easy Profile load the Editor configured for each user.

Another way is to set TinyMCE editor plugin permission on "Special", so registered user will haven't this editor.

Thank you for the response

i guess the bigger problem im having is the size of the textarea (see image) when selecting EDITOR mode. in my case this field is only being used to paste a link to an image.

is there a way to make the editor box smaller?

thanks!

Hi, sorry for late, it was too late for us and our offices are closed.

Try to add this code at the end of file http://www.lf1m.org/templates/gamers/css/custom.css

#jform_paste_your_steam_card_here_container .mceLayout{max-width:400px !important;height:200px !important}
#jform_paste_your_steam_card_here_container iframe{height:200px !important;}
