Hi There,

I've had this for a while but not managed to get it going on my site, I've read your documentation and I can normally get things going pretty quickly but seemingly, not this time.

Can you please help me in anyway, as I'm desperate to start adding and amending this extension where required, to put it to the use I purchased it for.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Regards,

Hi,
Unfortunately "BT Login module" registration not load Joomla users plugin, even if you configure "Users Component" in Integration parameter.

You can test this problem also without Easy Profile:
Joomla have a built-in plugin called "User - Profile" (disabled by default), this plugin enabled some field on registration/edit profile page. If you enable this you can't see these Joomla field on registration module. Without support for Users Plugin you can't integrate component by third-party.

Possible solutions
1. Ask to "BT Login module" some integration with Easy Profile or most useful to add triggers for User plugins (like Joomla)
2. Set "Registration" button to go on Registration page instead popup module, to do this you need to set on module the parameter "Integrated Component" to "Users Component"
3. Use another module that load Joomla Users Plugin, but I don't know.

Yes, but this is not a registration form module. This provide a link to login page, registration page and adds buttons to social login.

SignIn and Register account buttons are simple link to registration and login pages.

Social Login buttons became from our Social Connect, see section "Social Connect Buttons Everywhere" at https://www.easy-profile.com/docs/24-social-connect.html

In our logout module you will see user data (avatar, name, last visit date), these data become from our content plugin, you will find a docs at https://www.easy-profile.com/docs/26-plugin-content.html

Hi
I don't know why, your popup is not developed by us or Joomla developers. But you can simply add this CSS rule to hide this content
.rt-popup{display:none}

Another problem of this popup module
It put content at the bottom of page, when you click on "register or log-in here", this module copy content from bottom and put in popup. With this method the Social Login Buttons not work, because it copy HTML content but not copy Javascript associated events.
