Hi,

I am wondering if you could help me resolve some questions.
So in my easy profile I have image fields.
No conditions, and parameters are set to:
Width: 700
Height: 1400
Thumb width: 700
Thumb height: 700

I wanted that those width and height options would be max width / max height, but I am not sure if this is so.

The problem is that my users encounter some errors while uploading images and I don't know what to respond.

Sometimes the image crops and it is not whole visible.
Sometimes it won't even upload because it is too big.

Could you tell me, what are some rules in max (original) image size? Pixels, MBs...?

Thank you,
Tamara

Hi,
Easy Profile set images with size specified, these parameter not set max-width and max-height but set a specific size.

To have max-height and max-width try to read this post: https://www.easy-profile.com/support/image-size.html#reply-1069

Hi,

thank you very much.
So now I have max width and height (700, 1400) instead of width and height.

Could you please tell me if there is any other rule now? For example, if user can upload maximum image size 2MB or something?

Thank you

Size limit depends of PHP configuration.

for example see here http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2184513/php-change-the-maximum-upload-file-size
