I am trying to import 415 users using the import users script. I have created a csv file (attached). When I try to run the script . nothing gets imported. When I click Import, the system immediately displays a very simple page with only three options (links) in the upper left corner:
User fields
Users
Import users.

please advice.

I found a bug in Basic version, seems to missing the library "parsecsv.lib.php" into folder /components/com_jsn/helpers.

Now I have manually copied this file in your site, try now please.

We will fix this in next release ;)

Hi,
this is Joomla logs, not PHP Error Log.
You should find it via cPanel.

Hi,
can you please provide me your CSV with 2/3 example rows?
NOTE: this forum allow only images and Zip files, so to upload CSV you need first to create an archive.
