Resolved Import User from CSV

hello,

I removed from my CSV username and password to let the system generate it but I does not import anything.

Could you please check if there is any issue in syntax ? thx !

I did not take the file. here is the content :

Hi,
we have tried on our test site and works. Please check if user with "mymail@gmail.com" email not exists or check option "Overwrite existing user".

if option "Overwrite existing user" is not checked and exist user with same email than Import Plugin do nothing.

Hi,

1. caracters as ñ are not imported (it's important as my users are spanish)
For me works (see screenshot, I have added this char into previous file), but I think this depends from charset uses for CSV file, try to use UTF8.

where can I find the text of the mail sent to user in order to modify it ?
We use default Joomla emails, the language constants are:
COM_USERS_EMAIL_ACCOUNT_DETAILS -> Subject Text
COM_USERS_EMAIL_REGISTERED_BODY -> Body Text

me too, but I have retyped "firstname" on first row with a text editor and now works (there is some strange char at the beginning of the file)

2. Copy content from your file to my file (leave my first line)

ok I understand now. I had to encode in UTF-8 without BOM
