Hi.
I've some problems with the import function. It won't import users with danish characters if the csv file is created with Excel 2007, with the organization is still using. I've a test file with four users - two of them have danish charaters. It says, that four users are importet, but only two of them is showing in the users list.
When making the CSV file form Excel 2016 I can choose the file format CSV UTF-8. Then it works and all users are importet. That file format isn't available in Excel 2007.
Can you help me or do I've have to do it manually?
