I set invisible recaptcha (J! 3.9) with the id given by the Google site.
I still have spammer registrations (I do not know how they do it)

Hi,
yes, Easy Profile is compatible because it extends Joomla user management (no replace), so the registration page is the same of Joomla with many improvements.
1) You need to tick the captcha checkbox (see screenshot)
2) If necessary the captcha need you to choose correct images
Invisible recaptcha have the step 1 invisible. Also in my computer I does not see also step 2 because Google already know that I'm not a robot
NOTE: you will have same behavior also without Easy Profile

sorry I don't know, keep in mind that this is a very new Joomla feature, so we does not know it well and it is not something from Easy Profile
