I am having issues on my website's front end. The user profile displays properly in tabs and everything is working. However, when you try to edit it, the tabs don't work and display vertically at the top of the profile and are not clickable. All the fields display down the page, regardless what tab they belong to. Conditional fields are shown no matter what.

It is obviously a scripting conflict, but I don't know where to start debugging it.

Do you have any tips on how to proceed to fix this issue?

Hi,
the problem was due to plugin called "System - Unite BugFixer", it have options to replace Joomla built-in jQuery javascript framework.

This plugin remove Joomla jQuery library and uses a CDN, but this change the order of Javascript in a wrong way, you have javascript error in each page of your site.
See screenshot, script "/media/jui/js/jquery-noconflict.js?2ea108b520c4d62b75b7dc6ef2e1db55" should be called after script "https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.10.2/jquery.min.js?app=unite_products";

Now I have disabled this plugin from Extensions->Plugins
