yes, this is possible, but I'm sorry, we do this type of support only to Basic/Pro members

Hi,
1) yes this is possible, you can use "Available for" parameter for each field, this parameter will set which ACL have the field in own profile

2) Yes, Social Network plugin make your Easy Profile as a Social Network, see demo at https://socialnetwork.easy-profile.com/

3) Social Network plugin send you a notification summary every day.
