Resolved Joomla UserProfile - EasyProfile Integration & Kunena-Easy Profile Integration

Hi,

I have 2 questions:
1. Joomla UserProfile - EasyProfile Integration: Is it not possible to display 'User profile' fields (provided with Joomla) along with to the custom fields added using EasyProfile?
If yes, how? Currently, i can display only the fields under 'Basic settings' but not default 'User Profile' fields.

2.Kunena-Easy Profile Integration: In all the previous related questions i referred, i got a link for downloading JomSocial Bridge (http://www.easy-profile.com/docs/43-jomsocial-bridge.html) only on extensions.joomla.org which was a paid version. I was wondering if i can get them integrated free of charge. I request you to help me out with this.

Hi,
sorry for late reply, it's weekend for us.

1) Yes, but you can go to Extensions->Plugins, filter by Select Type = User, and reorder plugins, you must set jan_users plugin before User - Profile plugin. see image 1. This because jsn_user plugin reset the form.

2) No problem:
- Install Easy Profile, Kunena and our Jomsocial Bridge.
- Go to Components->Kunena->Plug-in Manager
- Enable Kunena - JomSocial Integration plugin
- in plugin setting set Enable JomSocial Avatars to Yes, Enable JomSocial Profiles to Yes, the remaining to No

You have set to Yes the option Enable Access Control. Set this to No

Hi,

Thanks. I works now. When i click on a username in Kunena Forum, it shows the EasyProfile profile page for that user.

But i wanted to know, if i can show the Kunena Profile also synchronized with the EasyProfile profile page. thats show BOTH on different menu items.
I want this because i want to show user Statistics as well which is present in Kunena Profile page - like Votes, Thank you, Favorites, etc.

Please let me know.

Sorry but this is not possible,
in future we will develop integrations with most popular extensions (included kunena) for see information in profile page.

Please check correct configuration of Kunena Jomsocial Plugin.

- Go to Administration->Components->Kunena Forum
- Go to Plug-in Manager
- Click on Kunena - JomSocial Integration plugin
- Set Enabled on Details->Status
- Set Yes on Basic->Enable JomSocial Login
- Set Yes on Basic->Enable JomSocial Avatars
- Set No on the remaining parameters in Basic section

Hi,

Is this plugin working with Kunena 4? I'm using Kunena 4 and it does not seem to work.
The avatars doesn't work and I want go to the easy-profile user page instead of the kunena user page.

Is there a quick fix or am I doing something wrong?

mean kunena 3.0.4?

with kunena 3.0.4 yes, it seems to works, I have tested. Have you installed our Jomsocial bridge.


Alternative: we use a workaround to use Kunena Jomsocial Plugin. An customer have developed a dedicated plugin for Easy Profile and Kunena. See this post: https://www.easy-profile.com/support/kunena-easyprofle-plugin.html#reply-7131
